Terms & Conditions

For Permanent Placement:

• Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove, archive, or modify any sponsored content at our sole discretion if:

1. The linked site changes substantially, becomes inactive, or promotes inappropriate content
2. The content becomes materially outdated or inaccurate
3. The linked site violates our editorial standards
4. We undergo major site redesign or content restructuring
5. The content no longer serves our audience's best interests
   

• No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for content removal after 90 days of publication
• Annual Review: Sponsored posts may undergo periodic editorial review. We may request updates to maintain content relevance and quality
• Good Faith: While we aim for long-term placement, this is contingent upon maintaining our editorial standards and site quality

For Annual Placement:

• Term Length: 12 months from publication date
• Renewal: Posts will not auto-renew unless requested. We will send a renewal notice 45 days before expiration
• Cancellation: Either party may cancel by providing 30 days written notice before renewal date
• End of Term: Content will be removed within 10 business days after term expiration unless renewed
• Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove, archive, or modify sponsored content at our sole discretion for violations of our terms and standards (prorated refund may be issued at our discretion) if:

1. The linked site changes substantially, becomes inactive, or promotes inappropriate content
2. The content becomes materially outdated or inaccurate
3. The linked site violates our editorial standards
4. We undergo major site redesign or content restructuring
5. The content no longer serves our audience's best interests

General Terms (All Placement Options):
